高温合金电阻丝主要分为两大类

Iron-Ｃhromium-aluminum （Ocr25Al5 Ocr23Al5....）  铁基合金-铁铬铝 Nickel-Ｃhromium （NiCr8020 NiCr7030......） 镍基合金-镍铬,镍铬铁

Ferritic alloy （ FeCrAl） 铁基合金（铁铬铝） -0Cr27Al7Mo high temperature resistance up to 1400℃,mainly using for furnance application  可耐高温至1400℃,主要用于高温炉 -0Cr25Al5 high temperature resistance up to 1350℃,mainly using for applicance,with  advantage of high resistivity an d good oxidation resistance  可耐高温至1350℃主要用于家电产品，具有良好的抗氧化性和高电阻率 -0Cr23Al5 high temperature resistance up to 1300℃,mainly using for fast response heating  element, with high surface load in stability properties 可耐高温至1300℃主要用于需快速反应的加热元器件,表面负荷高具有良好的稳 定性 -0Cr21Al6 high temperature resistance up to 1200℃,mainly using for applicance, with  advantage of high resistivity an d low density 可耐高温至1200℃主要用于家电产品,具有良好的高电阻率和低密度.

Austenitic alloy （ NiCr, NiCrFe） 镍基合金 （镍铬,镍铬铁） -NiCr8020 high temperature resistance up to 1200℃,mainly using for application, in good workablibity  and high temperature strength, with long service life  可耐高温至1200℃,主要用于家电行业,高温力学性能和冷变形塑性好,使用寿命长 -NiCr7030 high temperature resistance up to 1250℃,corrosion resistance, using at heating elements  with long service life  可耐高温至1250℃,耐腐蚀, 作为加热元件时时使用寿命长 -NiCr6020 high temperature resistance up to 1100℃,mainly using for tubular elements,with good  corrosion resistance an d form stability  可耐高温至1150℃,主要用于管状加热元器件,具有良好的耐腐蚀性和成型性 -NiCr3020 high temperature resistance up to 1000℃，mainly using for heating element 可耐高温至1100℃主要用于加热元件
